Your participation in this research survey is voluntary and you are free to opt in or out of the study at any point in time.
The purpose of the research project is to reduce the impact of pesticides while providing effective control of pest ants that affect residential and commercial areas, by utilizing biorational strategies within integrated pest management programs. 
The project is being conducted by the University of California, Riverside in cooperation with your pest control company and industry product suppliers.   The project is funded by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (22-C0044).
Your personal identifying information will be neither collected nor used for the project.
